Albuquerque Heading Home is a new initiative to address chronic homelessness in the City of Albuquerque. It is a multi-step approach that incorporates hundreds of volunteers, the business community, non-profit organizations, hospitals, and the faith community.

Albuquerque Heading Home will be hosting a Community Conversation on Sunday, January 30th at 3:30pm in the Albuquerque Convention Center, located at 401 2nd Street NW
